The case for an alternative Mount Pleasant

As a community-driven not-for profit business which receives no funding except grants for particular projects, MPA Ltd has needed to leverage power and expertise in the sphere of land development.

It has therefore marshalled a team of professional allies, and demonstrated with their help that the local community can produce a finer, fairer development than the one shown by the Royal Mail Group.

MPA Ltd acquired grant funding to develop the Community Right to Build scheme.and ultimately, to gain planning permission for these alternative plans.

With the help of the local community and positive recognition by the public and press alike, we are pleased to announce that these plans are currently attracting the interest of major investors and developers.
